Adam Prasse
President
Adam Prasse runs the daily operations of APS with respect to financial planning, marketing, and strategic development. He also works hands-on with designing and engineering specialized systems for both residential and commercial clients. He holds numerous certifications for systems including the company's contractor's license. Adam's other duties include Central Station client affairs and corporate partnership development.
Adam recieved his B.A. in Economics at the University of Arkansas Fayetteville after graduating from Pulaski Academy. He has been an active member of the company since his father, Ron Prasse, started the business over a decade ago.

Mike Ross
Vice President - Operations
Michael Ross has an extensive backround in low voltage and general electronics. He holds numerous certifications and is an active member of the industry's community. He serves as the general operations manager for APS with regard to complex troubleshooting, customer satisfaction, and quality control. Mike also is responsible for the highest UL Listing available for our central station, and actively maintains technical operations of both companies.
Mike is an active member of the Arkansas Board of Private Investigators, Arkansas Security Alarm Association, and numerous other organizations. Mike is as one of the most knowledgable and respected security professionals in the region.

Jay Conly
Vice President Sales
Jay Conly joined APS after over 25 years of installation, service, and management in the security industry. Jay also owned and operated his own very successful company for many years before joining to manage our sales department. Jay is as experienced as any in this industry, and can professionally assist in all low voltage needs. He does so with a wonderful passion for life and treats all with great respect.

Connie Kendrick
Alarm Station Manager
Connie is the manager of our central station, Digital Secuirty Monitoring. Her responsibilities for the central station are extensive. These duties include human resource management, advanced reports analysis, dealer relations, customer retention management, and customer satisfaction control. She is a large reason our central station excells, and her personality lights up a room. Connie also assists APS in day-to-day customer services and signal reporting management.

Bridget Reed
Office Manager
Bridget's responsibilities include the day to day bookeeping for all customers, as well as managing clerical and administrative duties for the company. She also actively improves online technologies that assist clients, and maintains customer satisfaction on a daily basis. Bridget is a vital team member of the company, and is constantly finding ways to improve the daily operations.
